Basic Life Support (BLS)
Requisite First Aid CPR/AED (Adult & Pediatric)
The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is tailored for individuals working in clinical settings, such as hospitals, where they have access to medical equipment. The course emphasizes team responses to sudden cardiac arrest (CPR/AED) and breathing emergencies for adults, children, and infants.
This hybrid course consists of an online portion and an in-person training session. Participants must complete the online portion before attending the in-person training. The entire course is conducted in English.
Duration: 4.5 hours online
Completion of this course is a prerequisite for becoming an instructor.

Book the Basic Life Support class through our online portal.

Pay for the class
Step 3
The instructor will email the student a link to log into the American Red Cross online coursework.
Step 4
Once you complete the online coursework, you will be given a certificate. Email the certificate to
Info@SWAT-Academyinc.com. Call to confirm that we received the certificate.
Step 5
You and your instructor will select a date for the in-person training.
Course Syllabus:
This course is designed for individuals with advanced medical training or those working in fields with regular patient contact. Therefore, no basic First Aid is covered.
Participants must complete an online portion before attending the in-person skill session at our office. The online portion typically takes 2-3 hours to complete. The in-person session requires a 3-hour time commitment.
Both the online portion and the in-person skill session must be completed to earn certification. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an American Red Cross certification valid for two years.
Please note, the class is conducted in ENGLISH.
